Highly recommend the team at Holyhead Williams & Goodwin. From beginning to the end. Firstly very prompt in getting a valuation done on the property, Matthew came out very prepared with a folder with all information on previous sales and houses similar currently on market and other factors which were very informative and useful. Jamie came out to take photos very prompt and also very professional house was listed same day! The following day first viewings were carried out by Charlotte very professional same as the rest of the team. House was sold the same day. I highly recommend to anyone wishing to buy/sell in the area. On a whole the staff that I dealt with are friendly very thorough and highly knowledgeable and I am sure the rest of the team are the same standard. Kept in touch throughout the entire process and were very prompt. Would use again in future and can’t recommend enough.
Very pleased with the service provided by Williams & Goodwin in selling my parents’ house. Everyone was helpful and professional, all along, starting with Matthew at the initial meetings and Jamie throughout viewings, reviews etc. in the later stages Charlotte has been especially dedicated and helpful in seeing things through to completion. The professionalism of the staff at Williams-Goodwin (Holyhead) in particular Charlotte is absolutely superb. We were in a very sad situation of having to sell my father’s bungalow to support his residential care. Although Jamie and Matthew were also involved, initially with the valuation and photos etc, Charlotte took over the ‘case’ and made everything run so smoothly. Her tenacity and drive certainly helped make the conveyancing smooth and relatively stress-free. She was continually liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as the Buyers and us. Of course, this was all done in a very professional manner, yet she was also incredibly warm, caring and compassionate especially in such sad situations. A little humour along the way too.
