During the purchase of our property. We dealt with the Holyhead branch. From our first viewings (not just the property we bought), they were very professional and dealt with all our enquiries fast and efficiently. Unfortunately, part way through our purchase, the sellers of the property we were purchasing encountered some issues with their ongoing purchase, this was due to locating to a different country. The Holyhead team were very professional throught, keeping us updated and informing us of any developments as they occurred. The support the team showed us was second to none, all the way through to completion, to which we thank them hugely. I would greatly recommend using Williams & Goodwin (TPPUK), as with our purchase, their experience and expertise were clearly displayed.
I cannot recommend or thank Williams&Goodwin Holyhead Branch enough for their support and guidance as I bought my first home. Buying your first home can be a terrifying prospect, but Williams&Goodwin were always happy to help, and resulted in me obtaining my keys after a mere 9 weeks! Really impressed!
