From our first meeting when Matthew Griffin met with us to value our property to the completion date of our sale Matthew kept us fully informed of progress. When a couple of issues with our purchase in another part of the UK came up he was able to give us advice on how to move forward. Matthew impressed us with his knowledge and understanding of the local factors, trends and other market forces that helped us decide that he was the person that we would put our trust in. The advertising of our property was well produced and was probably a big factor in the number off requests to view our property. Overall we were extremely happy it’s the service that he and Williams & Goodwin provided to us.
