Access The Principality Building Society From Within Our Branches

Need to talk to your building society while you’re in with us? Now you can.

If you’re buying, selling or letting through Williams & Goodwin, there’s a good chance you’ll want to sort out savings or mortgage-related questions at the same time. That’s now easier, because Principality Building Society has an agency inside two of our branches: Holyhead and Llangefni.

An agency means Principality is set up inside our office rather than running its own separate branch. Pop in and one of the advisors can help with questions on your Principality account, whether that’s a savings query or something you’ve been meaning to ask about saving towards a home. There’s no appointment system. It’s walk-in only, so you can drop by whenever suits.

What you can do while you’re there:

• Counter service
• Open or manage a savings account
• Passbook accounts
• General branch-based support
• Pay in cash and cheques
• Top up your Principality savings account

Both offices are wheelchair accessible, and assistance dogs are welcome.

Opening times for the Principality agency are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
