We have had a 7 month marathon,from putting an offer on a property,to exchange of contracts. We have had pretty poor communication from solicitors,who have made this journey very stressful. The only saving grace has been Gemma, from williams and goodwin. Her support and professionalism has been outstanding. She has always kept us updated and responds to emails very quickly. She has eased our anxiety,during this long process and is always extremely polite. .She is a credit to the company and we thank her for all her hard work.
