Mae\u2019r Senedd, gyda\u2019i reolaeth dros agweddau ar economi Cymru, mewn sefyllfa unigryw i ystyried y darlun economaidd ehangach hwn a llunio strategaethau sydd wir yn gwneud gwahaniaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cymerwch, er enghraifft, y cymorth a gynigir i deuluoedd ifanc yn Lloegr. Gallai cymorth gofal plant ychwanegol, nad yw ar gael yng Nghymru ar hyn o bryd, newid y sefyllfa i deuluoedd ifanc o Gymru. Mae annog cyflogaeth leol nid yn unig yn cadw ieuenctid bywiog Cymru ond hefyd yn rhoi'r modd iddynt brynu cartrefi yn eu cymunedau lleol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae yna fyd o strategaethau posibl i\u2019w harchwilio, pob un yn garreg gamu tuag at ffyniant i\u2019n pobl ifanc.
