But fear not, as we\u2019re here to untangle the facts: the RRA applies only in England (except for the anti-discrimination law), not in Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Wales, your go-to legislation is the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. This distinction is crucial as it outlines your rights and responsibilities, ensuring you\u2019re not caught up in the English legal whirlwind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s the Fuss About the RRA?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While the RRA doesn\u2019t impact Welsh landlords, understanding its changes can be handy.
