The Negotiator Awards 2025 in partnership with Zoopla \u2013 celebrating excellence in estate agency was held on the 28th November, at Grosvenor House London and capped off a very successful year for the tppuk team who have again this year been recognised at national level for their services to the property profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Negotiator Awards is one of the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers. The team at tppuk had been shortlisted and scooped awards with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025 has been a record-breaking year for entries and another year of extremely high standards and strong competition to the Awards, with representation across the breadth of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether winners or runners-up, The Negotiator Awards, once again, lived up to its reputation as the Property Party of the Year, this year themed on the \u2018glam-rock\u2019 entertaining the audience throughout the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Awards followed The Negotiator Conference & Expo where over 400 agents listened to opinions and advice from 20 expert speakers and industry leaders, while also networking with some of the industry\u2019s most innovative suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
