Mewn ymateb, dywed y llywodraeth ei bod am wneud EPCs yn fwy defnyddiol, cyflawn a dealladwy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>LLUN GORFFENNOL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019n cynnig defnyddio metrigau lluosog i roi darlun mwy cyflawn o berfformiad ynni adeilad. Y rhain yw:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cost ynni: <\/strong>helpu unigolion i ddeall goblygiadau ariannol effeithlonrwydd ynni adeilad a gwneud penderfyniadau gwybodus am welliannau posibl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carbon:<\/strong> amcangyfrif o'r allyriadau carbon sy'n deillio o'r ynni a ddefnyddir yn yr adeilad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defnydd ynni:<\/strong> yn cynnig cipolwg ar y defnydd cyffredinol o ynni ac yn nodi meysydd ar gyfer gwelliannau effeithlonrwydd ynni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perfformiad ffabrig:<\/strong> asesu perfformiad thermol amlen adeilad a hyrwyddo pwysigrwydd mannau cyfforddus wedi'u hinswleiddio'n dda, sy'n defnyddio ynni'n effeithlon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System wresogi:<\/strong> darparu gwybodaeth am effeithlonrwydd ac effaith amgylcheddol ffynhonnell wresogi adeilad ac annog mabwysiadu technolegau gwresogi glanach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parodrwydd craff:<\/strong> asesu potensial adeilad i integreiddio technolegau clyfar a all ddefnyddio cymaint o ynni \u00e2 phosibl a gallu defnyddwyr i elwa ar dariffau clyfar rhatach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae'r Llywodraeth hefyd yn ystyried ymgorffori SMETERS, sy'n mesur defnydd ynni gwirioneddol trwy fesuryddion clyfar yn erbyn y tywydd ar y pryd i roi darlun mwy cywir o faint o ynni y mae adeilad yn ei ddefnyddio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>PROFION MWY AML<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae yna hefyd rai newidiadau mawr wedi\u2019u cynnig ar gyfer y marchnadoedd gwerthu a rhentu ac mae\u2019r rhain yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dod \u00e2\u2019r rheol 28 diwrnod i ben \u2013 byddai angen Tystysgrif Perfformiad Ynni ar adeiladau cyn iddynt gael eu rhoi ar y farchnad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ehangu cwmpas Tystysgrifau Perfformiad Ynni fel bod angen un dilys ar gyfer t\u0177 amlfeddiannaeth (HMO) cyfan bob tro y caiff ystafell ei rhentu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gosodiadau gwyliau tymor byr i fod angen Tystysgrif Perfformiad Ynni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profion EPC i fod yn amlach na'r 10 mlynedd gyfredol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bydd angen EPC dilys ar gyfer holl gyfnod y denantiaeth \u2013 h.y. bydd angen ailbrofi eiddo os daw ei Dystysgrif Perfformiad Ynni i ben ar ddiwedd y denantiaeth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bydd yr ymgynghoriad yn rhedeg tan 26 Chwefror 2025 a dywed y llywodraeth y bydd unrhyw newidiadau yn cael eu cyflwyno yn ail hanner 2026.<br>I gadw mewn cysylltiad \u00e2 newyddion yn y farchnad eiddo, beth am gadw mewn cysylltiad \u00e2 ni: <a href=\"https:\/\/tppuk.com\/cy\/landlords\/\">https:\/\/tppuk.com\/landlords\/<\/a><br>Credit (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TheNegMag?__cft__%5b0%5d=AZXynrkobr8JqRB-nYcekowPVgPR_SOEo1LU8uABfH2iupweXQmp3aBrUsRvvIAQ_1VyoHk8bcwYs_xxqnIopzz2a_w423PVbv456z_4O0GVi2O_DmB_S9yvPPjbiYgbwkOFXIqfaQdMJHJhI-_yTE04&amp;__tn__=-%5dK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Negotiator Magazine<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to one of our professional journals (The Negotiator Magazine), the Government is consulting on a number of big changes to EPC<\/p>","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":1007071,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[92],"tags":[77],"class_list":["post-1007070","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-lettings","tag-landlords"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>New EPC Rules and Changes - Williams &amp;
